Delete your account

PinPosto anonymous guest accounts

Delete from the app

1. Open PinPosto.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Account & privacy.
4. Select Delete account and confirm.

Your account, owned PinChats, authored messages, and attached photos are hidden immediately. You have 30 days to restore the account from the same app installation. After 30 days, the authentication account and associated personal data and public user-generated content are permanently deleted or anonymized, subject to limited lawful retention described in our Privacy Policy.

Request deletion outside the app

Because PinPosto accounts are anonymous, include your PinPosto username and any information that can help us locate the account. We may ask for additional verification before acting on the request.

Email apps@beeserver.ee with the subject “PinPosto account deletion request.”

Restore during the 30-day period

Open the same PinPosto installation and select Restore account on the deletion screen. Anonymous accounts may not be recoverable after the app is uninstalled or its local data is cleared.
